Inspire is going online! You’re invited to celebrate nature’s healing power during The Nature Connection’s first ever virtual Inspire fundraiser. During this time of social distancing, people are flocking to hiking trails, parks, and their own backyards to find relaxation. Many of the people that we serve live in locked-door memory care or therapeutic group homes, and have limited mobility. This pandemic has further isolated them from the outdoors.
You can help bring nature’s comfort and relief to kids, adults, and elders who need it now more than ever.
On Wednesday, May 20, put on your comfiest sweatpants, pour a glass of wine, and check out this web page to “meet” our new Executive Director, hear a mini-lecture from a psychology professor, and bid on unique experiences in our silent auction. The virtual event will be available to watch on this web page anytime on Wednesday.
Donate your ticket
In lieu of purchasing tickets to an in-person event, we are asking our supporters to donate a ticket price of your choosing. Instead of going towards food and drinks, 100% of this donation will go towards supporting our mission to bring the healing power of nature to those who have limited to no access to the outdoors. Thank you for helping others during this important time!

$300 Creates three unique nature crafts for kids confined indoors (equivalent to 4 tickets)
$150 Funds technology for online program activities (equivalent to 2 tickets)
$75 Allows elders to hear spring peepers and frogs from their rooms (equivalent to 1 ticket)

Treat yourself or a loved one to a new experience by bidding in our silent auction! All funds raised will support our efforts to make nature accessible for all.
The auction features 12 experiences including:
- Golf outing and Calloway equipment ($1,500 value!)
- 2 weeks of girl’s equestrian camp ($1,200 value!)
- Hot air balloon ride for two over the Berkshires
- Inflatable stand-up paddleboard
- Private State House tour and lunch with a State Senator
- Vineyard tour and tasting on Cape Cod
